Join us for a great day of elegant tastes at In Good Taste culinary studio and supply center. Beginning at 11am with the chocolate martini class we will get to rub organic cocoa into our skin and taste while learning about wines and chocolate confection pairing.

In Good Taste is located at 231 NW 11th Ave in the Pearl District.

10:00 a.m. Chocolate Martini Class. Join award winning chocolatier Autumn Martin for a decadent delight with her famous chocolate martini recipe that will have the guests at your next dinner party celebrating in awe. Sip the greatest chocolate cocktail while tasting organic Theo Chocolate.

11:15 a.m. Spa & Chocolate Workshop. Beauty and Chocolate, a match made in heaven!
Let's go to the Spa in Chocolate with Lisa Francoise of Sweet Beauty Organic Chocolate Spa Treatments as we get examples of facials, scrubs, and rubs from chocolate infused body products. (They're edible!) The beauty workshop will be focused on the body, but in our mouths we will be delightfully tasting Theo Chocolate confections pairing to go with the skin treatments.

12:30 p.m. Confection and Wine Pairing Workshop! We will relax with great sips of Oregon Wine paired with hand made confections while we discuss how wine tasting is accomplished and how to pair delectable desserts with great wine. Impress your friend the next time you are out to dinner with both wine knowledge and a keen sense of dessert!
