We are excited to bring the best in Premium Organic, Premium Fair Trade, and Premium Fine Chocolate to our guests in open air tasting and in special feature tasting and pairing through the weekend.

Theo Chocolate

theoTheo Chocolate is the only Fair Trade Certified and Certified Organic Bean to Bar Chocolate Maker in the United States. They are part of the industry-wide revolution in fairly traded premium chocolate and fine chocolate making.

Theo will be presenting chocolate at our Single Origin Tasting, Dark Chocolate Tasting, Confection and Wine Pairing in addition to presenting a Bean to Bar Chocolate Workshop, Confection Making Demonstrations in our festival kitchen, and all around help with the tasting areas and chocolate classes. We are grateful for Theo Chocolate!

Dagoba Organic Chocolate

Dagoba ChocolateDagoba Organic Chocolate is one of the leaders in innovative flavors in premium organic chocolate from milk to dark. Though distributed nationally they are a Northwest born chocolate company with roots in our community.

Dagoba will be presenting chocolate at our Open Air Tasting pavilion, along with our Single Origin Tasting, Innovative Flavors in Chocolate Tasting, Milk Chocolate Tasting, Dark Chocolate Tasting, and more. We are excited to feature Dagoba Chocolate in the festival.

Divine Chocolate

Divine Chocolate is the only Fair Trade Certified Chocolate company that is partially owned by farmers themselves. Divine produces premium chocolate for the chocolate lover that likes to feel good about buying chocolate that tastes good.

Divine will be presenting at our From the Fields: Chocolate Farming and Trade special tasting. Look for their scrumptious origin-based chocolate bars in our Education Center and several tastings in the weekend.

Barry Callebaut Chocolate

An icon of fine chocolate Barry Callebaut Chocolate is the source behind many great chef and chocolatier creation. The distinctive premium taste and quality of Barry Callebaut Chocolate is considered by many a Standard of fine chocolate.

Barry Callebaut will be presenting at our special tasting and pairing throughout the Northwest Chocolate Festival and we are honored to have the Callebaut chocolate as a mark of excellence in chocolate making.
